Orders below £30 to UK destinations incur a delivery fee of £2.75 (Standard Delivery) or £3.74 (Next day delivery). All orders above £30 are shipped free of charge. Parcels are normally delivered 3-4 working days after ordering and are dispatched using Royal Mail.

We are entirely committed to the products and service we offer. Equally, it is fundamental to us that your expectations about our products are fulfilled.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for this.
To proceed with a return or refund it is important that the goods are unopened in their original packaging with the seal intact. Super Cholo Foods will not accept returned goods that do not meet with these criteria.
Please re-package the parcel, including any delivery paperwork, using strong packaging and ensure that it sealed securely. Take the parcel to your local Post Office and request a proof of postage. (N.B.: goods are returned at your own expense)

To exchange or refund your order, we must be notified within fourteen days of you receiving your products. Once you have notified us, you then have up to fourteen days to return your products.
Once the refund is processed, you will receive the payment within 7 working days via the same payment method used to place the order.
If the contents of the parcel arrive damaged and you wish to return them please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to return the goods to the address below and will be happy to replace them, including your return postage cost.

You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Once dispatched, you have up to fourteen days to return your product and to request a refund (please refer to the ‘Returns’ section above for more details).
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com and provide us with your name, address and order reference number.
If your parcel has been lost in the post, Royal Mail will only investigate 17 working days after it was dispatched. If your parcel has still not materialised after their investigations have been completed, Royal Mail will refund the order value and shipping costs to us. We can then either resend your order or reimburse you, if you require.
All the prices on our website are in pounds sterling, including VAT where applicable. These prices apply to orders delivered to destinations within the UK and the European Union.
Please note that delivery orders outside the European Union will not be charged VAT, however you may still need to pay your own country’s customs fees and import duties.
